Dismasted skippers safe as Brazilian Navy boat tows Prince de Bretagne

Lionel Lemonchois and Bernard Stamm were picked up by the Brazilian Navy patrol boat, Guaratuba, this morning at 07:50 UTC. They are on board and the captain has confirmed that both skippers are well. 

Guaratuba is towing their trimaran, Maxi80 Prince de Bretagne, which dismasted at 18:15 UTC yesterday 93 miles from the finish of the Transat Jacques Vabre in Salvador de Bahia. 

They are expected to arrive in Salvador de Bahia early tonight.
