Skipper's log: Miranda Merron, skipper, Campagne de France (IMOCA)

After a beautiful sunny day in the Bay of Biscay, it is now the middle of a
very dark night, impossible to tell where the sky meets the sea. It's
getting quite bumpy on the route to the north-western corner of the
forbidden Traffic Separation Scheme off Cape Finistere. There is a cold
front heading our way, promising lots of wind and driving rain, and it
should coincide perfectly for when we will have to weave our way across the
busy shipping highway at the point where ships funnel into and out of the
TSS.
Never a dull moment!
