Skipper's log: Sébastien Rogues (France), Primonial (Multi50)

Hi everyone, 

It’s been a week since we have left Le Havre onboard of our MULTI50 Primonial. Days flies by so fast sailing on the ocean and we have lost track of time.

In the run-up to the Cape Verde archipelago, we have faced energy problems on the boat. Sailing is still possible, the boat is still sailing… Matthieu and I, wants to be careful and cautious, so according to our team, we have taken the decision to change our course and make a stop in Mindelo, on Sao Vicente Island. We will be able to fix it and make the necessary repairs as fast as possible.

As we are two competitors our purpose is to finish the race no matter what.

For sure, the moral is still high, this is not a little tiny grain of sand which will change our mood and pleasure to take part of this Transat Jacques Vabre Normandie Le Havre.

Hold tight, we stay on course!
