"I didn't sleep well! We never sleep well on the eve of a start. It's always stressful, we're used to it! The first bit of racing along the coast will be very physical because there will probably be several tacks up to Étretat, then we will have a manoeuvre of with a downwind sail. And then it will be an exit from the Channel with the wind increasing in intensity and another a change of sail. It will be a bracing start to the race but pleasant conditions - ideal for a good start. The weather team of Nicolas Andrieu, Bertrand Pacé are on the boat, we have 4 hours to kill before the start at 1:15 pm, so we will take care of the weather then."
